60 g red pepper

Ingredients
1. Add a good splash of oil to the pan, add the onion and sauté it slowly until it is transparent.
2. Add the red pepper and let it fry for 10 minutes, then add the grated tomato and bring it to a boil. We transfer the frying to a paella pan.
3. Add the two cups of rice, sauté it well with the wooden spoon and then add the hot broth.
4. Crush the garlic clove along with the parsley and saffron and add it immediately.
5. Let it cook over high heat for 12 minutes.
6. Peel the carabinero and cut it into three pieces each.
7. Finally, we add the carabineros, the sea urchin caviar and the wakame seaweed. We let the rice finish cooking for about 5 more minutes.
