Verdejo Wine “La Pepa”
Great aroma, fresh and glyceric in the mouth, with length, balanced and modern, inviting you to taste it little by little, discovering all its nuances.
Visual Phase: Straw yellow color with greenish nuances. Medium intensity.
Olfactory Phase: High intensity, powerful, with a marked Verdejo character but with differentiating and complex notes that the grapes from our vineyard give to the wine. It is a very direct wine on the nose where we can highlight the white and stone fruit, citrus tones, and marked spicy notes that give the wine a complexity and varietal exclusivity and a pleasant vegetal and anise background.
Gustatory Phase: Very fresh, dry, tasty and well balanced on the palate. Retronasal of fennel, white fruit and spices. Bitter and herbaceous notes. Very long and elegant.
Especially recommended for appetizers, fish and seafood.
Serve cold. Between 7th and 9th.
