Spicy sardines in olive oil, an essential preserve in our pantries.

The peperetes sardines come from the Galician markets and come from traditional fishing. Once washed in warm brine and meticulously cleaned, it is subjected to a steam bath so that it acquires the appropriate hardness and does not break. Next, they are manually placed in the can and to preserve their flavor and texture, the best quality olive oil and chilli pepper are used as the topping liquid, to give it a slight spicy touch.
