Description
Fried mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) in pickled EVOO from the Galician estuaries, of uniform size in pickled sauce and hand-selected in each can.
PRODUCTION PROCESS: The mollusks are washed with clean sea water, free of dirt, a process controlled by organoleptic control that is carried out when the mussels enter the factory. They are then cooked. When the mussel meat is obtained, it is fried in olive oil, stripped and placed in the container. Immediately after, the covering liquid is added, which in this case is the marinade. After hermetically sealing, the containers are sterilized, an important process for the conservation of the product, completely avoiding the addition of artificial preservatives. They are then taken for storage and later sale.
