Strain: A selection of the best base wines among the different Blanc de Noirs strains allows an elaborate combination full of power, body, vinous and persistence.
Elaboration: Blancs de Noirs are famous for their potency and generous fruity taste. Faithful to the work of Henri Grandin, respecting tradition, these wines are made according to the traditional method with a minimum aging of 9 months. After a first fermentation, the base wines come together in the unique Grandin style of fine bubbles from the Loire: fresh, softly fruity, with fine and delicate bubbles. After stirring and pouring, the expedition liquor is added. It is the final touch of the harvest. Provides smoothness and balance.
