Currently run by Pedro Morán and his son Marcos, who have chosen the best ingredients and supervised their preparation in the facilities of the Cathedral of Navarra, to bring this dish to your table.
The Casa Gerardo fabada is made with Asturian beans and Ingredients from local producers.
Recommendations for use: In a saucepan: warm the jars in a water bath for about 15-20 minutes and then pour the contents of the container into a saucepan and finish heating over low heat. In microwave: not recommended.
