Description

Casa do Sol Wine, a traditional albariño with character. Made in a natural and careful way, with manual harvesting and maceration and aging on lees with native yeasts. A wine that evokes memories of mante.

CATA's notes:

Sight: clean, pale and shiny gold in color, with a steely edge that denotes youth.

Nose: Complex aroma, with depth; mineral and white flower. We find the sea with light iodine notes that are reminiscent of pickle.

Mouth: Balanced, with purity, unctuous and with a marked complexity provided by the lees, it has a soft entry but with marked minerality and citrus. Long, retronasal and aftertaste mark the variety.

Pairing: Pairs very well with all kinds of fish, seafood, soft rice and non-greasy dishes; and especially with Asian food and specifically Japanese.

Service temperature of 11ºC.

Especially recommended for appetizers, fish and seafood.

Additional information

Weight 1.320 kg

Tasting note

Erre is an intense Verdejo, with aromas typical of the variety, with balsamic and mineral nuances, broad and structured in the mouth, with good fruit flavor and notes of white flowers and a pleasant bitter memory in the finish. Its excellent quality-price ratio allows it to prevail at any table with the certainty of success.
