Delicious cod and boletus rice. At the beginning of the boil, marine aromas are appreciated in our smooth broth, made with mullet from the estuary and shrimp from Cádiz, later we will find on our palate the characteristic mouth of salted cod melted with rice, flanked by the characteristic boletus edulis.

Format: 2 cans of 495 ml. and 125 ml.
Drained Net Weight Broth: 460 gr.
Net Drained Weight Rice: 90 gr.
Uses and Tips:
How to use: heat all the broth in a saucepan, when it starts to boil add the 90 gr. of arborio rice and stir a little. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat before all the broth is consumed. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
