ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OIL “ABADE” is produced by cold extraction (less than 27º C), obtaining an oil of the highest quality.
Due to the early harvesting at "VERATING" (color change from green to black), it retains its aroma and freshness, with aromas and flavors reminiscent of fresh grass, tomato plants, etc.
The olives used to make this olive juice come from organic olive groves certified by the Organic Agriculture Council of Castile and León (CAECYL).
The native variety of the area is called ZORZAL DE ARRIBES.
ABADE has been awarded the GOLD MEDAL and SILVER MEDAL at the CINVE INTERNATIONAL awards in 2015 and 2016.
