VARIETIES: Tempranillo 100%.
BREEDING: 15 months in French oak Bordeaux barrels.
VINEYARD:
• 60 hectares of our own vineyards in the municipalities of Peñafiel, Manzanillo and Olmos de Peñafiel, within the DO Ribera del Duero.
• Training in Glass and Espalier.
• Soil: Brown, clayey-calcareous, alluvial and limestone.
• Altitude: between 750 and 920 meters above sea level.
• Climate: Mediterranean-Continental.
ELABORATION:
• Harvest: Harvesting is manual.
• Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration with the skins, slow pressing without stirring.
TASTING: It is clean, cherry-coloured with a garnet edge. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit, caramel and toast. On the palate, it is silky, with hints of minerals, jam and balsamic, well assembled.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: 14º-16º C.

Colour: Intense red with the presence of intense violet tones. In a thin layer there are bluish fines.
Scents: The typical fruit aromas of the variety stand out, such as blackberries, blackberries (red fruits), tinged with notes of spices, vanilla, cloves and toasted tones from the oak.
Mouth: It is fleshy, full-bodied, very well structured, long persistence, balanced and a good combination of wine and wood. In the aftertaste, the tones of red, toasted and spicy fruits reappear.
