Maceration for 29 days.
Alcoholic fermentation controlled at 29ºC.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels in the month of November.
Breeding in French oak for 22 to 33 months after which it was bottled.

ELABORATION

Maceration for 27 days. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 29ºC.

Malo lactic fermentation in French barrels in the month of November.

Aging in French oak over a period of time from 22 to 32 months.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION

100% fine red, from our own vineyards.

Alcohol content: 15%.

Capacity (ml): 750.

Contains sulfites.

COLOR

Very ripe cherry color, high layer, clean and shiny.

AROMAS

Very clean wine with some broad toasted and spicy tones, very well assembled, without covering up the overripe red fruit that comes out very strongly underneath these tones.

They are tones very much the land from which the grapes were chosen.

MOUTH

Of very tasty entry.

Balanced with very well assembled wood tannins with the wine, so it is smooth and gives us a very pleasant palate.

It's a long wine, with a very powerful retronasal.
