Vineyard and Viticulture:
Finca Tres Olmos, is located in the municipality of Matapozuelos, province of Valladolid, between the
banks of the Adaja and Eresma rivers. 100% ECOLOGICAL.
The soil is sandy - limestone, with a silty - sandy texture. Average age of the vineyard 25 years, plantation frame 3 × 3
Vinification:
After fermentation, we make daily batonnage of the fine wine lees. Normally this aging, in stainless steel tanks, lasts from 3 to 5 months. With this we provide volume and fat in the mouth.
Recommended pairing with Tres Olmos Verdejo Lías:
This white wine can be drunk with appetizers, seafood, fish, red and white meats, uncured cheeses, roasts and traditional stews.

Colour golden yellow of medium intensity with some greenish reflections.
On nose It is very broad, with intense aromas of the Verdejo variety that composes it, hay and ripe tropical fruit.
On mouth It is fresh, fruity, unctuous, broad, consistent, round, balanced. Very easy to drink.
